Cher-Ae Heights Casino plans 100-room Hyatt Place Hotel. October 04, 2018. A casino in northern California recently announced plans to build a new 100 room hotel. The casino is owned by the Trinidad Rancheria. The Cher-Ae Heights Casino is located on 0.4 acres. Hyatt has partnered with the tribe and there will be a Hyatt Place property built there.
